How do I upload my list of names?

Send us an email and you will receive a Google Sheet to fill out. This method will enable each member of the family to fill out the names of all their children and/or grandchildren. No need to gather all the names and spellings on your own!

Do the names get printed in Hebrew or English?

Your choice! The way it is filled out on the Google Sheet is the way it will be printed.

What happens if there is a mistake on a name?

Your tree will not get printed before you approve it first. And yes, spelling should be TRIPLE CHECKED to avoid aggravation.

How long does it take from when I order until I receive my tree?

You should allow up to 3 weeks from when you submit your list of names. Orders may be expedited to 2 weeks for a $35 charge.
